RSPPN inundated with flower arrangements for President-elect Prabowo Subianto
The National Defense Central Hospital Panglima Besar Soedirman (RSPPN) in Jakarta was filled with flower arrangements on Monday afternoon in support of President-elect Prabowo Subianto. Prabowo had undergone surgery for a leg injury and was recovering at the hospital.
A total of 25 flower arrangements arrived at RSPPN from various individuals and groups, including government officials like Minister Erick Thohir, Zulkifli Hasan from PAN, Maruarar Sirait, and General Listyo Sigit Prabowo from the Indonesian National Police.
Messages in the flower arrangements included prayers and words of encouragement for Prabowo. Zulkifli Hasan, Chairman of PAN, wrote, “Our prayers are always with you, President-elect Mr. Prabowo Subianto. Stay strong and spirited, Sir.”
Along with government officials, community groups also sent their well wishes to Prabowo. Messages came from local mothers, football fans, and residents around Bintaro, showing their support for the President-elect.
Prabowo Forever Fans sent a message saying, “Get well soon, Mr. Prabowo! Greetings from my mom!” while Football Fans Love Prabowo expressed, “Mr. Prabowo, recover soon, we can’t wait for Indonesia to qualify for the World Cup.”
Netizens from various communities also sent messages to Prabowo, with one group, the Secret Admirers of Prabowo, humorously offering to order fried rice for him. Another group, Anak Prabowo Nusantara, promised to stop staying up late if Prabowo recovered soon.
After a week of intensive treatment at RSPPN, Prabowo has returned to his usual activities. On Monday evening, he attended the 78th Bhayangkara Day celebration at the National Monument, opened by President Joko Widodo.
