President Prabowo Subianto of Indonesia was seen attending the Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW 1447 H celebration at Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta. Duirng the event, he was accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. The theme of the day was “The 2025 State-Level Commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday: Ecotheology – The Example of Prophet Muhammad SAW for the Sustainability of the Earth and the Nation.” Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar delivered a sermon highlighting the importance of love, compassion, and happiness. The Imam of Istiqlal Mosque, Husni Ismail, also led a prayer emphasizing the significance of protecting nature and encouraging peace. The purpose of this event was to pay tribute to Prophet Muhammad SAW and motivate his followers to preserve the environment in line with his teachings.
